In accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal UE L 119 of 2016), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I inform you that:

  1. the Administrator of your personal data is SILESIAN LOGISTICS SP. Z O.O. with its registered office at: 43-370 Szczyrk, Beskidzka 90a.
  2. regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at: rodo@silesianlogistics.pl or in a written form to the Administrator’s address.
  3. personal data will be processed in order to ensure the efficient and correct execution of the transport order and the storage of documentation in the event of an inspection carried out by authorized bodies and entities;
  4. the legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is Article 6, paragraph 1, clause b), GDPR (i.e. an action necessary to execute a transport order), Article 6, paragraph 1, clause c) GDPR in connection with with the Accounting Act (i.e. fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on the administrator) and Article 6, paragraph 1, clause f) of the GDPR (i.e. acting in the legitimate interest of the data Administrator, which is the need to execute a transport order in accordance with applicable law and protection against possible claims);
  5. personal data will be processed for the time necessary to execute a transport order and its settlement, and selected personal data may be processed after this time in order to protect against possible claims.
  6. if the transport order relates to transport from/to a country not belonging to the European Economic Area or an international organization within the meaning of the GDPR, personal data may be transferred there as part of entrusting the processing of personal data or making it available under the law, and always under one of the conditions:
    1. The European Commission stated that it is a third country or an international organization that ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR,
    2. a third country or an international organization provides adequate safeguards and has enforceable rights of data subjects and effective means of legal protection in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR,
    3. there is a case referred to in art. 49 sec. 1, second paragraph of the GDPR.
  7. in connection with the execution of a transport order, to the extent necessary, personal data may be transferred to external entities, including in particular:
    1. entities directly involved in the execution of transport orders,
    2. entities providing accounting services,
    3. entities running postal or courier activities,
    4. banks, if it is necessary to conduct settlements,
    5. hosting service providers,
    6. cloud computing providers (including FireUp Software sp. z o. o., Google Inc.),
    7. TRANS.EU platform providers,
    8. invoicing system providers,
    9. entities responsible for the operation of IT systems and equipment,
    10. state authorities or other entities authorized under the law, in order to perform the obligations incumbent on the Administrator,
    11. other entities to the extent to which the Administrator will be obliged to do so by law.
  8. providing personal data is voluntary, however, without providing it, it is not possible to complete the transport order;
  9. the data subject has the right to request access to his/her personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ;
  10. SILESIAN LOGISTICS SP. Z O.O. does not involve automated decision making, including profiling based on your personal data.
